Can I track the shoutouts I’ve given or received? What about across the team?

Shoutouts are all tracked on your Team Space over time. You can see shoutouts you’ve given or received, as well as shoutouts that have been shared for any team member, all in one dashboard. This enables managers to easily look back at work that’s been celebrated when providing team feedback.

Who can see shoutouts?

Anyone in your Team Space can see shoutouts you give team members. Celebrating in public is important for fostering a culture of recognition on your team. Team members in your Team Space can leave comments on shoutouts or react to them.

Is there a limit to the number of shoutouts I can give?

There’s no limit to the number of shoutouts you can give (or receive)! We encourage managers to nudge their team members to give shoutouts on a regular basis. Or even better – managers can give shoutouts to their team to foster a culture of recognition.

Can I customize shoutouts?

Yes, in fact we encourage it! When you’re setting up your shoutouts mission you’ll be prompted to create team values. After setup, any shoutout across your team will be linked to a team value.
